Hi, I’m Theresa Brumble,

I started my 2nd career as a licensed massage therapist after 20 years as a CAT scan/ MRI technologist. I had an amazing opportunity to work as a technologist across the country. I really enjoyed the medical field but realized I wasn't able to help my patients improve their quality of life. That was until I went back to school in my late 40s for massage therapy. I attended a 900 hour program at the National Massage Institute of Philadelphia, one of the top 5 schools in the country. Where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

I always knew I wanted to be on the medical side of body work. I started my own practice before I graduated from Massage school at a local gym. Then after 2 years I purchased a Class IV Deep tissue laser for pain and that changed my practice. I didn’t realize until I went to my first SOMI medical massage seminar in September 2017 that I could actually improve the quality of life for my patients! The science based knowledge I gained from Dr. Ross Turchaninov and Dr. Jeff Cullers was invaluable! I now use medical massage protocols combined with deep tissue laser to help people in pain! I have been able to rid people of decades of headaches. I have helped rehabilitate shoulders, knees and other joints quicker after surgery. I have even kept people from surgery. I have protocols to reverse herniated disc in the lumbar spine. I have worked with patients from 9 – 91 years of age. I am also certified in Healing Touch Level 3 and a member of ABMP. I am a distributor for CBD and Certified in the Endocannabinoid system. I am very passionate about exercise, stretching and many other ways to help the body maintain homeostasis.

MORE Medical Massage and Laser is located in Northfield, NJ where we concentrate on pain relief, educating patients on different ways to relieve stress and pain and teaching patients how to stretch and exercise. We also have experienced Massage therapists who specialize in Lymphatic drainage and geriatric massage as well as therapeutic, sports and neuromuscular massage.

I am also a Patient Advocate /Navigator when it comes to Radiology exams. I have extensive knowledge of CBD and Medical Marijuana. I have helped many patients understand testing and navigating the medical procedures . I can also help you understand CBD and Medical Marijuana and how the two together will help with pain and anxiety.

I had the opportunity to became the massage therapist to provide preventative maintenance treatments for our military.

I was diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome (PCS) after a bad fall on concrete .I now have a better understanding of the signs, symptoms and what it takes to get back to optimal health. My colleague and I are currently working on a concussion protocol to include lymphatic drainage, calming the autonomic nervous system, nutritional support and supplements and how long of a recovery period is needed to return to optimal health as well as when to start physical therapy. Our modern medical system is not aware of the benefits of Medical Massage and the holistic approach to Concussions and we are going to change that mentality! I have had the opportunity to become certified as an Entheogenic Integration Coach with Being True to You. The research and understanding behind entheogenics is mind blowing. We are seeing a huge demand for this modality in the mental health arena and with good reason. There are several benefits to using these tools as a way to help with chronic pain, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and addiction. I am an Certified End of Life Doula, I volunteer with Bayada Hospice where I massage, provide comfort care and clear energy centers before someone passes. I started another business called " A Souls Journey" where I will be helping people plan their end of life process before they become ill, once diagnosed with a life threatening illness and/ or while on hospice. Helping people understand the process we will all face one day will not only open their minds and hearts to living fully. But will also help with fear around crossing over.
